摘要脓毒症是宿主对感染导致的机体反应失调引起的危及生命的器官功能障碍，其中免疫反应是脓毒症失调的核心。白细胞介素（IL）-10是脓毒症免疫反应过程中的重要细胞因子之一。本文围绕IL-10在脓毒症发生发展及其早期诊断、预后以及治疗的最新研究进行简要综述，以提高临床医生对IL-10在脓毒症早期诊断、治疗和预后评估中作用的认识。

abstractsSepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection，with immune dysregulation serving as the central mechanism. Interleukin-10，a pivotal cytokine in the immunopathological cascade of sepsis，plays dual roles in balancing inflammatory and anti-inflammatory responses. This article provided a concise review of the latest research advances regarding the role of interleukin-10 in the pathogenesis，early diagnosis，prognostic evaluation，and therapeutic strategies of sepsis，aiming to enhance clinical understanding of its diagnostic，therapeutic，and prognostic implications in sepsis management.
