摘要脐动静脉置管术是新生儿重症监护病房必备常规技术。传统“盲插”方法置管成功率低、耗时长且并发症多；置管后采用X线定位，存在定位不准确、可能需要多次X线照射并造成不可避免的射线危害等缺点。近年来开展的超声引导下置管术和导管尖端超声定位术克服了上述缺点。本指南制定小组依托国内在该领域有实践经验的专家，结合国际相关指南和证据资料，制定出适合我国国情的超声引导下脐动静脉置管及导管尖端超声定位指南，内容涵盖开展该技术所涉及的主要关键环节，旨在推动该技术在新生儿重症监护病房内的正确应用。

abstractsUmbilical artery and vein catheterization is a necessary routine technique in the neonatal intensive care unit. However, the traditional catheter insertion is a “blind insertion” approach, which has low success rate, long insertion time and numerous complications. X-ray positioning is used after catheter insertion,but it has disadvantages such as inaccurate positioning, the possibility of multiple X-ray exposures, and inevitable radiation hazards. In recent years, ultrasound-guided catheterization and ultrasound positioning of catheter tips have overcome these shortcomings. This expert consensus is based on experts with practical experience in this field in China, combined with relevant international guidelines and evidence materials. It has formulated a guideline for ultrasound-guided umbilical vessel catheterization and ultrasound positioning of the catheter tip that is suitable for China's national conditions. The content includes all the key links involved in the implementation of this technology, in order to promote the correct application of this technology in the neonatal intensive care unit.
