Diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection
摘要随着影像学技术的发展,自发性孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层的报道越来越多,其治疗方案包括保守治疗、腔内治疗、外科手术治疗,但目前尚未达成相关共识.因此,笔者通过文献复习,就自发性孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层诊断与治疗方案相关问题进行探讨,以期提高对消化道血管疾病的诊断与治疗水平.

abstractsWith the development of imaging technology,the reports of spontaneous isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection become more frequently,but there is no consensus on the therapeutic plans which consist of conservative therapy,endovascular treatment and surgical treatment.Therefore,the related questions of the spontaneous isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection will be discussed in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases of digestive tract with a review of literatures.
