摘要十二指肠-小肠单吻合口手术是近年新出现的减重手术方式,是胆胰分流-十二指肠转位术的改进,由限制食物摄入的袖状胃切除术与减少营养吸收的十二指肠-小肠端侧吻合术组成,可简化手术操作、减少营养不良并发症发生并获得较好的减重与改善代谢效果.笔者就单吻合口十二指肠-回肠吻合+袖状胃切除术手术原理、手术技术、手术效果、手术并发症及与现有减重手术方式的比较进行阐述.

abstractsThe new technique of single anastomosis duodenal-ileal bypass with sleeve gastrectomy appeared during recent years,which is a modification of biliopancreatic diversion with duodenal switch.The basic principles of this technique are restricted food intake by a sleeve gastrectomy and decreased absorption by the duodenal-ileal anastomosis.The new technique is relatively simple,with less malnutrition,better weight loss and metabolic disorders remission.The principle,surgical technique,results and possible complications are described,and the technique is also compared with existing weight loss operations in this article.
