摘要胃癌根治术食管裂孔区淋巴结清扫一直存在争议。4K腹腔镜显像技术使术者对血管、神经、淋巴结与脂肪组织等的辨识度增加，其精细解剖可减少术中出血量、精准确定淋巴结清扫范围与界限。笔者探讨4K腹腔镜胃癌根治术左侧站位食管裂孔区淋巴结清扫的范围和流程。

abstractsThe lymphadenectomy around esophageal hiatus during the laparoscopic gastrectomy has been a conflict issue. The 4K laparoscopic technique take the advantages in recognition of vessel, nerve, lymph node and fat tissues. Therefore, the detailed anatomy under the 4K laparoscopy can significantly reduce the volume of intraoperative blood loss, and accurately the extent of lymph node dissection. The author discusses the extent and steps for lymphadenectomy around esophageal hiatus in 4K laparoscopic gastrectomy with the surgeon on left position.
