摘要近年来，以腹腔镜技术为代表的微创手术在胃癌的治疗中得到开展并渐成为发展趋势，建立优秀的团队是成功实施手术的重要保障。4K腹腔镜是一种高清显像技术，能有效改善手术视野，推动腹腔镜手术技术的发展。高度重视腹腔镜手术团队的建设、全面提升团队的执行力有助于包括4K腹腔镜在内的各项新技术在胃癌微创治疗手术中被及时有效地应用。

abstractsIn recent years, minimally invasive surgery represented by laparoscopic technology has been carried out and gradually become a trend in the treatment of gastric cancer. The building of an excellent team is an important guarantee for the successful operation. As a high-imaging technology, 4K laparoscopy effectively improves the surgical field of vision and contri-butes to the development of laparoscopic surgery. Therefore, paying high attention to the building of a laparoscopic surgery team and comprehensive improvement of the team′s execution are conducive to the timely and effective application of various new technologies including 4K laparoscopy in the minimally invasive surgery for radical gastrectomy.
