摘要复杂系统科学论（CSS）是一种利用动态、合理解释的形式，对整个体系进行整合，得出多边性结论的评价体系。应用CSS评价现代疝与腹壁外科，包括利用人工智能、数据分析等方法，通过衡量价值、联合成本、质量评估和患者角度，在整体治疗周期中贯彻价值导向的临床质量改进原则，最终建立可持续发展疝与腹壁外科诊断与治疗体系的医疗保障系统。
