换一批摘要This paper describes a combined operation eligible for serious congenital vertical talus in older children.It consists of thorough release of soft tissues around the talus;reduction and Internal fixation of the talus;repair of the capsule and ligament;readjustment of the balance of the masculature of the whole foot.All these measures help correct the deformity and prevent its recurrence.
