摘要取本院治疗的Perthes病40例的双髋正位X线片作观察.测量其颈干角、HE角、CE角,大粗隆高及头-臼关系变化等,并从髋关节扭矩力、髋周肌力平衡及股骨上端骨骺生长应力等方面探讨本病生物力学变化.

abstractsX-ray films of both hip joints of 41 patients with Perthe' disease were studied. There were 11 cases of Catterall stage Ⅱ.5 stage Ⅲ and 24 stage Ⅳ.Results of measurement:the cervicodiaphyseal angle＜135°11 cases,＞135°25 cases and=135°4 cases.Changes of the CD angle were correlated to the site of damage of the epiphyseal plate of the femur.HE angle varied Wom 14°to 30°,everage 20°,in normal but from 8°to 18°,average 14.8°,in Perthes' disease(P＜0.05).In 35 cases,the greater trochanter of the affected side measured 7.8 mm on average higher than the other side,varied from 3 to 24mm as the stage of the disease.CE angle ranged from 12°to 40°:32 cases＜30°and 8 cases＞30° also varied as the stage of the disease.There were 28 hip subluxations in this series.The acetabulum appeared enlarged and shallower than normal.All the alove mentioned changes are suppored due to the imhalance of the periarticulas muscler of the hip.
