换一批摘要总结我院7年中手术治疗有滴尿症状的女孩输尿管异位开口24例,最小者1岁11个月,最大者15岁.治疗效果满意.其中2例单侧输尿管异位开口兼有发育不良的盆腔肾畸形.对本病症状、诊断及治疗方法进行了讨论.

abstractsFrom June of 1984 to June 1991, 24 girls with ectopic ureteric orifice were admitted and operated on in Tianjin Children's Hospital. The youngest was 1 year and 11 months and the oldest was 15 years old. Two patients were complicated by abdominal renal ectopy. A satisfactory result has been achieved in all cases. The embryopathogenesis, the symptoms, diagnosis and methods of treatmeat were discussed.
