换一批abstractsThe large pulmonary tuberculoma is very seldom seen in children.Three infants with this disease are reported.The volume of the tuberculoma was 8cm × 5cm ×5cm.12cm×8cm ×4cm and 8cm×5cm×5cm respectively.After operation,they have recovered uneventfully.The diagnosis was confirmed by operation and histologic examination.The disease is often misdiagnosed,because of the lack of typical presentation.The procedures to make an early diagnosis are suggested.The authors consider satisfactory results may be obtained through pulmonary resection and antituberculosis therapy.
