摘要肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻和膀胱输尿管反流的诊疗标准日臻完善，但对于同一患儿上述两种疾病并存时的诊疗方式却不统一，在精准治疗和个体化治疗日益发展的形势下，准确地找到疾病病因、精确地做出疾病诊断以及合理地选择手术方式一直是小儿外科医生努力的方向。本文就肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻合并同侧膀胱输尿管反流的发病率、病因学的争议、排尿期膀胱尿道造影检查的争议、手术方式选择的争议作一综述，以提高临床医生的认识。

abstractsThe diagnostic and therapeutic standards for ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) and vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) are becoming increasingly optimized.However, for the same patient with two concurrent diseases, the standards are not unified.With a rapid development of precision and individualized treatments, pediatric surgeons strive to accurately identify the cause of the disease, precisely diagnose the disease and reasonably select proper procedures.Regarding concurrent UPJO and ipsilateral VUR, this review focused upon occurring incidence, etiological confusion, debate of voiding cystourethrogram and controversy of selecting surgical approaches to boost the awareness of clinicians.
