摘要1病例摘要男性患者,67岁,美国东部肿瘤协作组体能状态评分(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status,ECOG PS)1 分,重度吸烟者,无肿瘤家族史及职业高危因素.2024年2月因"咳嗽、咳痰加重1月余"就诊外院,胸部电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)平扫示右肺中叶肿块(具体资料未提供).2024-03-01转诊至我院.
