摘要Macrophages and neutrophils are key components of myeloid cells and play critical roles in innate immune responses,organ forma-tion,and tissue homeostasis.The integrity of their functions heavily relies on the generation of a proper number of mature macrophages and neutrophils through embryonic and adult myelopoiesis.
