摘要A plethora of spatially resolved transcriptomics(SRT)technolo-gies have emerged recently, with the objective of uncovering molec-ular variations in disease pathology(Ren et al.,2023),tissue homeostasis, and developmental processes(Zhou et al.,2023).However,the extensive SRT data generated are dispersed across various platforms like GEO,Zenodo, and Figshare, predominantly as raw or processed data, impeding direct and interactive data exploration, particularly for biologists with limited bioinformatics pro-ficiency.Although several servers for hosting SRT data exist, they mainly cater to published datasets(Fan et al.,2020;Li et al.,2023;Xu et al.,2023;Yuan et al.,2023)and do not facilitate the exchange of unpublished data among collaborators. The'shinySRT'R package has been developed to bridge this gap.It streamlines the processing of prevalent SRT data formats and enables the establishment of interactive webpages for data exploration, thereby enhancing the accessibility and usability of SRT data through customizable Shiny applications and supporting dissemination via personal or shinyap-ps.io servers.
