摘要高等职业教育担负着培养掌握基础理论知识、具有全面素质和综合能力的应用型人才的重任.培养高等职业学校学生的自主学习能力,目的 是使其具有可持续发展的能力.采用问卷调查方法,对天津医学高等专科学校学生的自主学习能力情况进行了调查和分析.根据调查结果,采取了相应的对策,如合理安排教学内容、创设教学情境、重视实践教学等.通过这些举指,充分调动了学生学习的积极性、主动性,增强了学生自主学习的兴趣,提高了学生自主学习的能力.

abstractsThe higher vocational education takes an important role in cultivating the persons who master the basic theory and special knowledge in there field. If we want the students having persistent power in the future, it's necessary to train their self-directed learning ability in the school. This paper made a survey on the students' present independent study abilities in Tianjin Medical College through a questionnaire. In order to cultivate students' independent study abilities, we should arouse students' interests, cultivate the students' confidence in the medical genetics classroom teaching, and develop their life-long learning ability.
