摘要复旦大学上海医学院内科学系从2004年起在七年制临床医学专业教学阶段实施以问题为基础学习床旁教学方法,采用小组学习讨论形式,在6个内科学专科病房进行临床教学,同时改进了考核方式,提高了学生的学习热情,学生的及格率和优秀率较此前明显提高.这种教学方法受到了学生和教师的一致欢迎和好评.

abstractsBedside teaching based on problem-based Iearning (PBL) has been implemented since 2004 in the Department of Internal Medicine of Shanghai Medical College in Fudan University. We combined traditional lectures with PBL-based bedside teaching for the medical students on seven-year program. Study and discussion were performed within small groups in the wards, and the method of examination has been changed. Study passion has been stimulated and the students got better scores. We received positive feedback and wide approval from the students and teachers.
