摘要目的 探讨七年制临床医学专业妇产科学教学方法改革的可行性及成效.方法 将基础知识水平相同的62名七年制临床医学专业学生分为实验组和对照组,对两组学生采取不同的教学方法,比较教学效果.结果 实验组学生对妇产科学的学习积极性显著改进,学生的接受能力、课堂测试成绩和量化评分均优于对照组学生.结论 七年制临床医学专业妇产科学教学方法需要进行不同程度的改革,才能达到因材施教、不断提高教学效果的目的 .

abstractsObjective Study on the feasibility and results of the teaching method reform of gynae-cology and obstetrics for seven-year program medical students. Method 62 medical students with same knowledge level were divided into reform group and comparison group. Different teaching method had been used and the exam results were compared between the two groups. Result The students of reform group had higher receptivity and performance than those of the comparison group. Conclusion Teaching method reform should be carried out to improve the teaching effect.
