摘要通过临床技能教学改革,达到培养创新型医学人才的目的 .汕头大学医学院通过更新教学理念,改革课程体系,建立多功能、全方位的临床技能中心等方法 ,培养既有扎实理论知识又有娴熟临床技能与思维能力的创新型医学人才.经过5年的实践,学生不但在专业知识、人文素质、临床技能水平、创新能力培养等方面取得了可喜的效果,而且得到了社会的良好评价和认可.

abstractsThe objective of the study is to reform clinical skills education in order to develop creative ability of medical students. Update the education idea, reform the teaching program and set up an excellent clinical skills training center in order to develop creative ability of medical students who are good at clinical skills, critical clinical thinking and consolidated medical knowledge following 5 years practice. The students were obviously promoted in many aspects, including professional knowledge, quality of humanity, clinical skills and creative ability.
