换一批摘要本文采用归纳法,总结了复旦大学上海医学院5年多来研究、实施客观结构化临床考试的经验,尤其是涉及应用标准化病人考试部分的一些技术规范与步骤,包括标准化病人队伍的建立、标准化病人考试的组织与实施,以及持续改进标准化病人考试项目等.经过研究和实践,初步建立了一套具有科学性和可操作性的标准化病人考试的步骤与规范.

abstractsThe objective of this paper is to summarize the procedures and measures of standard-patient examination.We use the induction to summarize the experience for studying of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in Shanghai Medical College,Fudan University for the last five years,including the instruction of bank of standardized patients,OSCE's organization,complication and its continuous improvements.Now,a set of procedures for using standard-patient examination has been founded.
