系统性免疫学实验教学中培养医学生科研能力的探讨
Study on the systemic experiment using in immunology laboratory course to train medical students' scientific research ability
摘要为了适应八年制临床医学专业教学计划的要求以及培养具有科研意识的医学生,同济大学医学院免疫学教研室对免疫学实验教学进行了改革,重新设计了一项贯穿整个学期的系统性免疫学实验,以验证"弗氏佐剂增强免疫应答"这一经典的免疫学现象并探讨其机制,旨在帮助学生通过实验更好地理解免疫学理论;同时,培养学生科研思维能力及学习用论文方式来总结及讨论实验结果的方法.此项教学改革在2004级和2005级八年制临床医学专业学生免疫学实验教学中进行了尝试,受到了学生的好评.

abstractsIn order to meet the challenges to train medical students' scientific research abilities in 21st century the laboratory course of immunology was redesigned. The old-fashioned and unit-centered ex-periment was replaced by a systemically designed one. The new laboratory course was developed to center around verifying a classic phenomenon along with its mechanisms which named enhancement of immune re-sponses by Freund's adjuvant. The new laboratory course could help the students to understand immunology theories, to promote their scientific research abilities and to improve their writing skills on scientific issues.The new laboratory course was well-received by the 8-year program medical students of 2004 and 2005grade in which the course was put into trial successfully.
