摘要以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)是一种以学生分小组自主学习的教学方法,源自加拿大McMaster大学,自20世纪80年代引入我国.然而,由于种种原因至今未能在全国普遍推广.本文具体分析了PBL在我国难以实施的主要原因,在尝试单课程基于网络环境PBL教学实践的基础上,提出了构建一种将经典PBL理念与现代网络教育技术相结合的适合我国高等医学院校具体情况的新型PBL教学模式,即网络式PBL教学模式.

abstractsPBL is the abbreviation of problem-based learning,as one of the medical teaching methods,was practiced otiginally at McMaster University,and has been adopted by few medical universities in China since 1980s'.But for some reasons it couldn't be spread nationwide.This paper first analyzed why it couldn't be adopted by most medical universities in China,and then based on the experience of some single course testing by conducted PBL utilizing computer network,come up with and forming a new PBL teaching model:PBL based on computer network platform which integrating the concepts of PBL and the technology of modern computer network education.
