摘要高校教师的自身发展是高校提高教育教学质量的重要保证.本文在总结多种教师发展的理论模型与教学发展方式的基础上,提出"学习共同体"是大学教师发展的重要模式之一,并介绍了中医院校以"学习共同体"方式促进教师发展的探索与实践.

abstractsUniversity faculty development is an important part of the education quality improvement. Based on the summarization on several kinds of theory models of faculty development and teaching development models, the article proposed that "learning community" is one of the most important models to promote faculty development. It also introduced search and practice of the learning community style of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
