换一批志愿服务活动与医学生思想政治素质培养关系的调查研究
Study of voluntary service and medical student ideological and political education
摘要为了探索奥林匹克运动会志愿服务活动对医学生思想政治素质培养的作用,本研究以奥运会志愿服务为例,调查了参加第29届奥运会志愿服务的北京大学医学部学生的服务动机、干扰因素以及服务收获.结果 发现,奥运会志愿服务对"后奥运时代"的医学生思想政治素质的培养产生了积极的影响:引导医学生树立正确的人生观,有助于医学生职业道德素质的提高;同时,奥运会志愿服务模式为医学生思想政治素质实践教育提供了成功的范例.

abstractsTo explore the effect of voluntary service on medical student ideological and political education, this study researched the medical student who had attended the 29th Olympic Game as a volunteer.The results showed, voluntary service guides medical student to build up their philosophy; voluntary service improves medical student professional morality; extracting experience from Olympic Game voluntary service to organize voluntary service will benefit medical students' ideological and political education.
