摘要本文探讨了非麻醉医学专业学生在临床麻醉实习中存在的问题与对策.非麻醉医学专业学生在临床麻醉实习中存在着对实习不重视、学习缺乏主动性、麻醉操作粗心、难以获得患者配合等问题.北京大学航天临床医学院麻醉医学教研室采取提高带教教师素质、改变带教方法 、增强实习学生学习兴趣、帮助实习学生树立与患者沟通自信心等措施,提高了非麻醉医学专业学生临床麻醉实习效果.

abstractsSome problems and countermeasures of clinical anesthesia practice for the students from non-anesthesia program were discussed in this paper.Some students from non-anesthesia program neglected clinical anesthesia practice, lacked of activeness and anesthesia procedures were careless.Their practices were hard to win patients' cooperation.All of the approaches, including to improve clinical teachers' quality, to change the methods of clinical teaching, to stimulate students' interest of learning and to help them build up the self-confidence of communicating with patients, has improved the effect of clinical anesthesia teaching for the students from non-anesthesia program.
