abstractsThe computer-based case ot simulation is a method of medical exams which can test students' ability of problem solving, in particular it is one of the important methods for testing the abilities of clinical thinking for decision-making and patient management problems.This paper introduces the concept , the development of computer-based case simulation as well as the comparison of it with other formats of examination.It also expounds the advantages of computer-based case simulation and provides the evidence for utilization in national wide in the future.
