换一批abstractsClinical education is the key step for cultivating students' basic knowledge, fundamental skills, and clinical thinking, and fulfilling the changing from medical students to clinicians who would be licensed. This article discussed how to improve clinical education of the anesthesiology interne from the following seven aspects: constructing teachers team, perfecting management system, emphasizing training of fundamental theory, knowledge and skills, clinical examination, education of medical insurance, education of medical ethics, and enriching extracurricular activities of interne.
