摘要本文根据对教育理念基本内涵的理解,结合当前高等医学教育发展趋势以及高等医学院校教育改革现状,强调全面素质教育理念、精英教育理念、以人为本教育理念、终身教育理念、国际化教育理念和特色化教育理念,是当前高等医学院校必须确立的重要教育理念.本文着重分析了各个教育理念的基本内涵、客观必然性及其在提高医学教育质量上的具体体现.

abstractsThis paper assumes that the concept of education should be established in order to improve the quality of medical education. Based on the connotation of education ideas, combining with the understanding of current higher medical education development trend and present situation of higher medical colleges and universities education reform, this paper argues that the comprehensive quality education concept, elite education concept, humanist education, lifelong education ideas and concepts, internationalization and characteristic education philosophy are the most important concepts that medical colleges and universities must establish. This paper mainly analyzes specific embodiment of the basic connotation of various education concepts, objectivity and inevitability and in improving the quality of medical education.
