建立附属医院教研室关键绩效指标体系的探索与实践

摘要不同学科的教研室是附属医院教学运行中最基层的组织机构,对教学质量的提高起着关键的作用.本文运用关键绩效指标(key performance indication,KPI)的管理思想,探讨了在附属医院教研室建立关键绩效指标体系的重要性与必要性,提出了该指标体系设计的基本原则,介绍了首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院教研室关键绩效指标体系,并对该指标体系的应用与可能存在的问题进行了讨论.

abstractsAs the basic organization, teaching department of different subject play a key role in improving education quality in teaching hospital of medical university. KPI is applied here to discuss the importance and necessity of set up key performance index of department. Principles of designing the index are introduced. This article also gives us a whole structure of department KPI in Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University as an example. Application and problems are discussed too.
