摘要药学研究型创新人才的培养是推动我国医药领域自主创新的原动力,研究型创新人才的培养是研究型大学的根本使命.北京大学药学院以六年制药学专业学硕连读学生为研究对象,结合国内外创新人才培养的发展趋势,从课程体系、管理机制、实践训练和育人环境等方面,探索了药学研究型创新人才的培养模式.
