摘要临床实习是培养医学生临床思维能力、实现其向临床医师转变的关键时期,而外科学急诊实习是外科学实习的重要组成部分.近年来,中山大学附属第一医院在外科学急诊实习教学中,从学会逻辑思维、运用辩证方法、完善思维构架、养成反思习惯等方面,注重培养实习生临床思维能力,取得了良好的教学效果,提高了外科学急诊实习的教学质量.

abstractsFor medical students, clinical intern is an important stage from medical student to clinical doctor.Teaching of emergency surgery is a very important part in the teaching of surgery.In this paper,we summarized the experience in the cultivation of the interns' clinical thinking in the department of emergency surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of SUN Yat-son University, include the study of correct logical thinking, the use of dialectical methods, the establishment of thinking framework and the formation of the habit of reflection, in order to improve the quality of clinical teaching of emergency surgery.
