摘要目的 了解实习后专科护理专业学生对26项常用护理技术实践技能操作重要性的认识,为课程改革提供依据.方法 采用整群抽样方法,用自编问卷对184名实习后的专科护理专业学生进行常用护理技术操作重要性的调查.结果 学生评价26项基础护理技能操作重要性不同,其差异具有统计学意义(P＝0.000);其中,临床护理技术比基础护理技术重要,其差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.005).结论 在基础护理技术实践教学中,既要重视并规范临床护理技术和基础护理技术的教学,又要改革教学方法与理念,使护理专业教育更好地适应护理专业发展的需要.

abstractsObjective To learn the college nursing students' awareness of the importance of 26 commonly used nursing skills after nursing practice, and to provide evidences for curriculum reform and curriculum implementation.Methods Through cluster sampling, 184 college nursing students after nursing practice were investigated with a self-developed questionnaire.Results The importance of 26 nursing operating skill items were significantly different, the importance of the operating skills related to clinical nursing were significantly higher than those related to basic nursing.Conclusions In the practice teaching process of basic nursing skills, both the clinical nursing operating skills and the basic nursing operating skills must be took seriously and standard.Meanwhile, to adapt the profession development, the teaching method and teaching belief must be changed.
