临床教学评估在八年制临床医学专业学生妇产科学临床实习管理中的初步应用
Preliminary application of clinical education evaluation in eight-year program of clinical medicine students
摘要目的 八年制医学教育有其自身的特殊性,而妇产科学临床实习也困患者、疾病的特殊性增加了实习的难度.本文就八年制临床医学专业学生妇产科学临床实习的教学管理及其效果进行研究和探讨.方法 在北京大学人民医院2004级八年制临床医学专业4班36名学生中采用"固定教师带教法"进行临床实习教学;采用"带教教师评估法"对带教教师进行评价,即八年制医学生在妇产科学实习轮转过程中,每周末按照<带教教师管理评价表>对本周带教的教师进行教学评价,满分为100分.结果 带教管理评价结果显示,学生对带教教师的评价较高,4组学生对带教教师给出的平均分分别为97.1分、98.2分、97.7分及97.4分.在妇产科学临床实习过程中,八年制医学生对教师的带教情况反馈积极,对带教教师在"及时讨论"、"重点突出"、"病历修改"及"带教意识"等方面的评分较低.结论 "固定教师带教法"及"带教教师评估法"的实施有利于调动师生双方的主观能动性,及时发现教学中存在的问题,达到了指导教学改革、提高妇产科学临床实习教学质量的目的.根据八年制医学生实习科室轮转阶段的不同,应当对其临床实习的侧重点进行适当调整.

abstractsObjective To investigate the method and effect of teaching management in clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology department in eight-year program of clinical medicine students.Method The methods of "fixed-teacher" and "teachers assessment" on the evaluation of teachers' teaching was adopted on 36 students of Class 4, Grade 2004 in eight-year program majoring in clinical medicine at Peking University People's Hospital.Results Teachers with a management evaluation table showed that the average scores of each group were 97.1,98.2, 97.7 and 97.4 respectively and had reached very satisfactory level.Conclusions The methods were conducive to enhance motivation of teachers' teaching.Students and teachers were both active in clinical teaching, timely detecting the problems in teaching and guiding teaching reform in clinical practice and could improve the quality of teaching.According to different stages of the practice, the focus of clinical practice should be appropriately adjusted.
