八年制医学生“早期接触临床”阶段实施以问题为基础学习教学方法的探索
Problem-based learning of 8-year program clinical teaching in nephrology department during early clinical contact stage
摘要本文回顾了华中科技大学八年制医学生“早期接触临床”阶段实施以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法的背景,介绍了八年制医学生肾内科临床教学“早期接触临床”阶段实施PBL教学的情况。实践证明,八年制医学生“早期接触临床”阶段实施PBL教学,有助于医学生基础理论的学习,有助于医学生临床能力的培养,有助于医学生理论知识的回顾,有助于临床导师教学能力的提高;同时,也能为八年制医学生后期的临床课程学习、临床实习以及将来独立承担医疗工作奠定良好的基础。

abstractsFirstly the author reviewed the background of carrying out problem-based learning (PBL) teaching methods during the period of “early clinical contact” of the 8-year medical program students. Then they introduced the methods of carrying out PBL to those students in the division of nephrology of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. They pointed out that the advantage of carrying out the PBL methods was not only good for medical students to learn basic theory as well as to cultivate the clinical capacity, but also good for clinical intern to review the theoretical knowledge and to improve the teaching capacity of the clinical tutors. These established the helpful basis for studying clinical courses , doing clinical practicing jobs, and undertaking medical work alone of those 8-year medical program students in the later period.
