摘要目的探索建立住院医师规范化培训师资培训制度，全面提高住院医师规范化培训质量和带教医师教学质量。方法采取文献复习、专家咨询、调查问卷、特尔菲法、关键绩效指标法。结果建立了带教医师准入制度、住院医师培训带教医师培训制度。结论为了确保住院医师规范化培训工作的顺利开展，规范住院医师培训过程管理，全面提高住院医师规范化培训质量和带教医师教学质量，必须建立相对统一的带教医师的准入标准和培训考核制度，以提高带教医师的综合素质。

abstractsObjective To explore the teaching staff construction of resident standardizing training, in order to improve the resident standardizing training and the teaching quality. MethodsReference reviewing, experts consultation, questionnaire, Delphi method, and the key performance indicators have been used. Results The teaching physician access system and the resident teaching training system were established. ConclusionsIn order to ensure the development of resident standardized training, standardize the process of resident training, and elevate the resident standardizing training and the teaching quality. The relative uniform access requirements, as well as training and examination system must be established to improve the overall quality of the resident teaching staff.
