摘要目的探索建立住院医师规范化培训师资培训制度,全面提高住院医师规范化培训质量和带教医师教学质量。方法采取文献复习、专家咨询、调查问卷、特尔菲法、关键绩效指标法。结果建立了带教医师准入制度、住院医师培训带教医师培训制度。结论为了确保住院医师规范化培训工作的顺利开展,规范住院医师培训过程管理,全面提高住院医师规范化培训质量和带教医师教学质量,必须建立相对统一的带教医师的准入标准和培训考核制度,以提高带教医师的综合素质。
