换一批摘要缄默知识是一种只可意会难以言传的知识，这类知识广泛存在于现代医学中，并日益显示其重要性。然而，知识的传递是一个组织化的，具有流动性、动力性特征的过程，所以，缄默知识也需要通过社会化的方式加以传递。通过对现代技术条件下的缄默知识和教学医院临床医学缄默知识的介绍，探讨了教学医院外科学缄默知识的传递方式，为教学医院提高外科学教学质量提供了借鉴。

abstractsTacit knowledge can only be sensed but hard to be explained in words, which exist in modem medicine widely and become more and more important.Knowledge is organized, liquid and dynamic, therefore, tacit knowledge need to be delivered by socialization.Tacit knowledge of modem medicine and clinical medicine in teaching hospital was introduced to explore it' s the delivery methods in clinical surgery, which may provide reference to improve teaching quality of clinical surgery in teaching hospital.
