普通专科医师培训九项技能操作考核效果分析
Analyzing the results of the 9 basic medical skills in general specialist training
摘要目的强化、检验专科医师技能操作培训效果,使培训工作开展得扎实有效,为进一步提高培训质量,提出科学、合理、有针对性的改进措施。方法以2009年进院的43名硕士研究生学历医师作为实验组,进行一阶段(1年)9项技能操作培训。再以2008年进院的48名硕士研究生学历医师作为对照组,对照组未施加任何相关于预措施,对实验组在培训前和培训后各进行一次9项技能操作考核;同时,作为对照组也随之参加考核,并对两组的考核成绩进行统计。结果实验组9项技能操作培训考核后成绩均高于阶段考核前各项目成绩,且有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组9项技能操作阶段后考核成绩中7项较阶段考核前有所提高,但仅有2项提高值有统计学意义,此外,两组研究对象的两次考核成绩提高值对比,实验组各项成绩提高值均高于对照组,且比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论专科医师培训是提高青年医师临床实践技能的快速、有效方法。

abstractsObjective Strengthening and testing the effect of the specialists'training, making a solid and effective training work, so as to provide scientific and reasonable measures for further enhancing the quality of training.Methods 9 skills of 43 graduates in the specialist training program of first stage were assessed and the examination results were calculated. ResultsThe examination scores of the graduates attending the specialists training were higher than those not attending the training.And there was a statistically significant difference in the results (P < 0.01).The examination scores of 7 skills for the graduates not attending the training were higher than that before training, but there were statistical differences only for 2 skills examination scores.In addition the examination results of two groups before and after the training were compared, and all scores of the training group were higher than that of not training and the results had statistically difference(P < 0.01).Conclusions Specialists training program is a fast and effective method to improve graduates'clinical skills.
