医学生沟通焦虑状况及其对学习的影响
Status on communication apprehension of medical students and measure in training of communication skill
摘要目的 探讨医学生沟通焦虑状况,为沟通能力培养提供参考.方法 采用沟通焦虑自陈量表,测评344名医学生沟通焦虑分值,t检验比较焦虑均值与常模的差异.结果 研究对象的总焦虑分均值为63.8分,与常模(65.2分)比较其差异无统计学意义(P=0.ll4),提示研究对象总体沟通焦虑状况属正常水平.然而,研究也发现了9.3%的学生存在高焦虑状况.结论 研究结果为我国医学生沟通焦虑状况提供了客观的参考数据.研究提示,应当重视部分学生的高焦虑问题以及对沟通能力培养的不利影响.

abstractsObjective To study the status of communication apprehension and provide the suggestion for training on communication skill.Methods Subjects were 344 medical students and their communication apprehension were scored by Personal Report of Communication Apprehension.The different was compared with norm by t test.Results The apprehension score of subjects was 63.8.It was not significant different between the subjects and norm (65.2,P = 0.114).Overall level of communication apprehension in the subjects was normal status.High level of apprehension was found in 9.3% of the subjects.Conclusions The result provided an objective reference data of communication apprehension for Chinese medical students.It should be paid attention to apprehension and it negative effect on training of communication skill.
