摘要目的 探讨基于工作过程的情景模拟教学法在内科学实践教学中的应用效果.方法 将124名学生分为2组,实验组62名学生采用基于工作过程的情景模拟教学法,对照组62名学生采用传统教学法.结果 实验组与对照组学生内科学理论考试成绩差异无统计学意义,技能考试成绩差异具有统计学意义,实验组学生成绩明显优于对照组学生.结论 基于工作过程的情景模拟教学法能显著提高内科学实践教学效果,可以弥补传统临床教学方法的不足.

abstractsObjective To explore the effects of scene simulation teaching based on the work process to practice teaching in internal medicine.Methods The objects of this research were 124 clinical medical students of grade 2008 in Luohe Medical College.The experimental group (62 cases) was used scene simulation teaching based on the work process,the control group (6.2 cases) was used traditional teaching method during practice teaching in internal medicine.Results The performance of the students in average score of " Skills Operation of Internal Medicine" in experimental group was more higher than that of the control group.However,there is no difference of the basic knowledge between the two groups.Conclusions The scene simulation teaching based on the work process could improve the teaching effect of practice teaching in internal medicine,and It could make up deficiency of traditional clinical teaching.
