摘要家庭经济困难学生认定工作是高校学生资助工作的前提,认定工作中的不诚信问题已经引起了各高校的广泛关注.本文从学生的视角,调查作为局内人的学生对认定工作中不诚信状况的认识和态度,以弥补从局外人教师的视角进行研究所可能存在的不足.调查结果显示,学生认为,家庭经济困难学生认定工作中的不诚信现象是存在的；不同专业的学生对不诚信状况的感受存在差异；制度不严密是造成认定过程中不诚信现象的最主要的原因；了解学生生活消费水平,是对家庭经济困难学生诚信状况进行监控的一个有效途径；建立和完善公示制度以及加强与当地出具《家庭经济情况调查表》证明单位的联系,是比较好的防范不诚信行为的措施.

abstractsThe identification and classification of students with financial difficulty is the precondition of University students financial aid.The dishonesty in the process has got great attention by many universities.From the viewpoint of students themselves instead of the teachers and administrators,this paper tried to find out the level of dishonesty and the students' attitude toward it.It found that the dishonesty in the process do exist and the level of dishonesty is different between different majors.The main reason for dishonesty is the imprecision of the identification system.The effective way to monitor the dishonesty is to investigate the students' daily consumption; the best way to control the dishonesty is building the public informed system and enhancing the contact with institutions giving the certificate for financial difficulty students.
