摘要随着我国经济科技实力的增强和教育全球化的推进，我国医学留学生教育规模不断扩大。根据多年的教学管理工作经验，本文对临床医学专业留学研究生培养管理的难点进行了系统的总结和分析，并结合工作实际，提出了严把入学语言关、加强导师队伍建设、合理安排课程、成立“一对一”互助小组、建立反馈机制等相应的对策，形成了适应临床医学专业留学研究生培养要求的管理模式。

abstractsWith the quick development of China’ s economic power and education globalization, the education cause of the international medical graduate students in China has developed rapidly both in quantity and quality. This paper discussed the difficulties and countermeasures in the whole process of education and management of the international postgraduate students majoring in clinical medicine. Imple-mentation of the stringent eligibility of entrance, enhancement of the graduate supervisors ’ ability and quality, establishment of the one-on-one learning group and construction of feedback system are the key points. With these effective measures, the outstanding education model for cultivating the international postgraduate students majoring in clinical medicine.
