摘要本科生科研实践已经成为世界各国研究型大学在本科教学上新的特征。上海交通大学医学院自2007年起启动大学生创新性实验计划,采用在本科阶段鼓励学生参与科研、科研骨干参与大学生创新性实验计划的基本模式,6年多的实践显示,通过本科生参与科研实践,充分发挥了学生自主学习和创新实践的能力,在尊重学生的个性发展和兴趣取向的同时,营造出浓厚的校园创新文化氛围。

abstractsResearch training in undergraduate medical students becomes one of the new characteristics in research-oriented universities worldwide. “Undergraduate innovative research plan” was initiated in Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine in 2007. The basic model is to encourage research fellows to participate in research training for undergraduate medical students. After 6 years ’ practice, it is demonstrated that this has largely enhanced the ability of autonomous learning and innovation practice of the students with the development of personality and interest orientation. Innovative atmosphere is also created and filled in campus culture.
