换一批“行为引导型教学法”在三年制临床医学专业社区实习教学中的应用
The application of "behavior-oriented teaching method" in practice teaching for three-year medical program in community health service center
摘要在三年制临床医学专业社区实习教学中,引入行为引导型教学法,以学生为中心,以培养岗位核心能力为目标,构建“分散实习、集中授课和过程考核”三位一体的社区实习教学模式,并将“案例教学法”、“项目教学法”、“激励法”、“实习作业法”等教学方法贯穿其中,充分发挥学生学习的主动性和积极性,变“要我学”为“我要学”,不断提高学生胜任基层卫生岗位的核心能力.

abstractsThe behavior-oriented teaching method is used for three-year medical program in community practice teaching.It implements the measures of student centered,post core ability training,case based,project oriented,motivation prompting,practical work,and so on.It gives full play to the initiative and enthusiasm of students in study,and changes "To me" to "I want to learn",so as to enhance the core competency for primary health care.
