高职高专医学院校临床“双师型”教师队伍建设的困惑与对策研究
Study on puzzles and solutions about the building of double-teacher medical teaching team of higher vocational education
摘要目的:探讨高职高专医学院校临床“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的问题与对策。方法对山西医科大学汾阳学院与山西省汾阳医院合作办学模式中临床“双师型”教师队伍建设方面存在的问题进行总结归纳。结果高职高专医学院校与当地“三甲”医院合作办学的模式有助于临床“双师型”教师队伍建设,学院及医院对教师队伍的管理、教学意识的培养是临床“双师型”教师队伍建设中的重要环节。结论在体制上实现院校的有效合作,强化科学管理是临床“双师型”教师队伍建设的关键。

abstractsObjective To find out the problems and their solutions in building Double-teacher medical teaching team of higher vocational education. Methods Summarizing the problems existing in the cooperation in running schools model of Fenyang College of Shanxi medical University and Fenyang Hosipital of Shanxi province. Results The cooperation between medial colleges and local first class hospitals do good to the building of Double-teacher teaching team, but the key point is the management of colleges and hospitals and cultivation of teaching awareness of the teachers. Conclusions It is a key to have an effective cooperation systematically between colleges and hospitals and strengthen scientific man-agement.
