医学院校导师对研究生培养质量影响的调查
A survey on the mentor' s impact on the cultivating quality of graduate students in medical colleges
摘要目的 了解医学院校导师对研究生培养质量的影响,分析存在的问题,为提高研究生培养质量提供依据.方法 自行设计调查问卷,随机抽取某医科大学一年级~三年级研究生为调查对象,调查内容主要包括研究生对导师培养的满意度,导师在思想道德、学位论文、专业知识上对研究生的影响,导师现行培养方式与研究生期望的培养方式的比较等.结果 研究生对导师在思想道德、专业知识、论文写作、实践能力、科研能力上的培养基本是很满意或满意;而导师在思想道德、学位论文与专业知识上对研究生的影响是全方位、多维度的;对于导师现行的培养方式与研究生期望培养方式的比较,在专业知识方面相一致,但在科学研究、指导类型和指导频率上存在一定的差异.结论 导师对研究生的影响是多维度、全方位的,应当采取措施加强导师对研究生的培养,充分发挥导师的引导作用,提高研究生各方面的能力,保证和提高研究生培养质量.

abstractsObjective To understand the mentor' s impact on the cultivating quality of graduate students in medical colleges,and analyze the existing problems in order to provide basis for improving the quality of graduate education.Methods A self-made questionnaire was conducted to the students who were selected randomly from grade one to three in a medical college.The investigation contents mainly included:basic information ; mentor' s training satisfaction ; mentor' s training influence ; the status-quo of mentor' s cultivation comparing with graduate students' expectation model.Results Graduate students are satisfied in the mentors' ideology and moral,professional knowledge,practice ability,scientific research lever and thesis guidance to some extent.But,there are some problems in scientific research level,guiding form and frequency.Conclusions The mentor' s impact on the cultivating quality of graduate students is multidimensional and comprehensive,and positive measures should be taken to strengthen the cultivating quality of mentors so as to improye the ability of graduate students.
