七年制临床医学专业(儿科医学专业方向)学生三级学科选择专业及导师的影响因素研究
Study on the factors of seven-year program (pediatric) students' selection of major and tutor
摘要目的 探究我国七年制临床医学专业(儿科医学专业方向)学生在三级学科时选择专业及导师的影响因素,为今后临床医学专业研究生教育及职业生涯规划指导提供参考依据.方法 采用自制调查问卷,回顾性地收集首都医科大学2007级、2008级、2009级七年制临床医学专业(儿科医学专业方向)75名学生的信息,及其选择三级学科的专业和导师的影响因素等资料.将收集到的资料采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析.结果 医学生选择三级学科专业时考虑因素排序前3位的是对专业内容的兴趣、专业领域发展前途、未来就业机会.2007级和2008级学生在“未来就业机会”因素的选择方面,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2008级和2009级学生在“专业待遇”因素的选择方面,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).学生在选择导师时考虑因素排序前3位的是临床业务能力、学术地位知名度、对待学生态度.2007级与2008级、2009级学生选择导师时,导师的工作水平与学术地位、知名度两个因素比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 七年制临床医学专业(儿科医学专业方向)学生在三级学科选择导师和专业时,各年级学生考虑的因素不同,在一定程度上反映出学生观念的变化,对未来职业规划有指导作用.

abstractsObjective To explore the factors of seven-year program (pediatric) students' selection of major and tutor,and provide necessary data for education of long educational system students in the future.Methods To collect data of 2007,2008 and 2009 seven-year program (pediatric) 75 students by questionnaire,establish the data base and do analysis with SPSS 19.0.Results The sequencing of factors that affect major selection are degree of interest in the major,the development of the major and the opportunity to get the job after graduation.2007 and 2008 grade students had difference in the factor of "the opportunity to get the job after graduation" while 2008 and 2009 had difference in the "salary of the job"(P < 0.05).The sequencing of factors that affect tutor selection are clinical ability,academic reputation and attitude to students.Three class all had difference between each other on the factor "working level" and " academic reputation" (P < 0.05).Conclusions When seven-year program (pediatric) students select their major and tutor,they had their own characteristics which reflects the different concepts among different grades,and we should take advance of it to guide them to do career planning.
