摘要本文总结了社区实习的教学要点:进入社区前引导学生完成从临床个案到特定群体的思维转换,帮助学生复习并串连社区诊断、人群干预与效果评价相关的知识点;在社区实习过程中针对学生出现的问题给予及时、合理的引导;社区实践后及时总结与评价.指出五年制口腔医学专业学生的社区实习能够培养学生综合运用多学科知识、团队合作、解决实际问题的能力.但是,由于目前用于社区实习的时间短、过于集中,将会在一定程度上影响教学质量,因此,五年制口腔医学专业学生的社区实习教学有待于进一步改革.

abstractsCommunity oral health related clinical practices are crucial for dental college students to cultivate comprehensive abihties,such as,integration of interdisciplinary knowledge,team work and the capacities to resolve practical questions.This article summarized the key teaching points as the follows:① Help students to completing the paradigm shift from clinical individual patient to specificpopulation before entering community,and to conducting knowledge and techniques systematic review related to community diagnosis,public health intervention and effect evaluation.② Give prompt instruction and guide to individual student based on his/her specific problems in field practice.③ Make adequate conclusion and evaluation to students based on their whole community clinical practices.The teaching schedule forcommunity clinical practices is compressed to one week in most of the present dental colleges.The teaching effect was compromised by the concentrated and limited time schedule,which hopes to be improved by further reformation.
