On improving doctor-patient conversations from the perspective of critical discourse analysis
摘要无效的医患沟通是导致医患关系紧张的主要原因,以批评语言学为分析框架,对医患会话的微观语言现象进行回顾和分析,揭露医患会话中隐藏的意识形态,增强医生的批评话语意识,从而促进医生医患沟通的能力,对改善医患沟通、缓解医患矛盾具有重要启示意义.

abstractsIneffective doctor-patient conversations result in unharmonious doctor-patient relationship,based on the theoretical framework of critical discourse analysis,the paper reviews and analyzes the micro-linguistic phenomena of doctor-patient conversations to uncover the concealed ideology,in the purpose of enhancing the critical awareness of doctors and thus improve the their communication skills with patients,whose approach provides a few important implications for improving doctor-patient conversations and ease the contradiction between doctors and oatients.
