多站考核方式应用于医学生境外交换项目选拔过程的探索
The exploration of multi-station examination applied to selection of medical students applying for international exchange projects
摘要目的 不断丰富的医学生境外短期交流项目是高等教育国际化的必然趋势.随着申请学生数量的不断增加,借鉴客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)模式,将多站考核引入医学生境外交换项目的选拔过程,以使选拔过程更具综合性、科学性与公平性.方法 借鉴OSCE模式,将选拔过程设置为多站式考核,对2014年北京大学医学部申请境外短期交流项目的5年级67名本科学生进行测评.采用IBM SPSS Statistics 22和SAS 9.4分别进行多站考核成绩的统计学描述,以及信度、效度等统计分析.结果 本次多站考核方式的内容设计能够准确反映面试学生的参与能力和参与态度,评委评分的一致性较好,录取结果稳定性较好,多站考核方式的结构设计及其设计理念(即理论模型)的拟合程度较好.结论 选拔结果是可信的和稳定的,多站考核方式能够客观、全面地反映面试学生基于境外交换项目所需要的综合素质水平,可以在医学生境外交换项目的选拔环节广泛使用,但各站分值和考站设置有待于进一步完善.

abstractsObjectives The enrichment of international exchange projects of universities is a tendency.With the increase of student application for international exchange projects,the study tries to induce OSCE model——multi-station examination (MSE) into selection methods to ensure the comprehensiveness,scientificity and fairness.Methods The study set different stations to assess 67 students applying for the 2014 international short-term exchange projects of Peking University Health Science Center and analyzed the MSE grades,reliability and validity by IBM SPSS Statistics 22 and SAS 9.4.Results The content design of this study can reflect the participation ability and attitudes of interviewees.The stability of results and consistency of judge appraisal are good.The structure design and concept (theoretical model) have a high fit level.Conclusions Selection results are reliable and stable.MSE can fully and objectively reflect the required comprehensive quality of students applying for international exchange projects.It can be widely applied to the selection of medical students applying for international exchange projects,but the station proportion and set should be further improved.
