以团队为基础学习教学方法在研究生腹腔镜持镜教学中的应用
Application of "team-based learning" teaching model in laparoscopic clinical teaching of graduate students
摘要通过在南方医科大学第二临床医学院外科学和妇产科学研究生腹腔镜临床教学中试行“以团队为基础学习”(team-based learning,TBL)教学方法,并与传统的以授课为基础学习(lecture-based learning,LBL)教学方法进行对比,探讨TBL在外科研究生腹腔镜临床教学中的应用效果.结果显示,TBL可以明显提高研究生的团队协作精神和临床操作能力,从而提高教学质量,但仍然有些问题尚需要继续探索和研究.

abstractsThis paper introduces the "team-based learning" model (TBL),during laparoscopic clinical teaching of graduate student,compares with the traditional teaching model of lecture-based learning(LBL),and discusses the application experience in Southern Medical University Second Clinical Medical College.TBL can obviously improve the team spirit of the students,and the clinical operation ability,so as to improve the quality of teaching,but it still needs to be continuously explored and improved.
